Building the Brand new K-Mart in Napier

Ground preparation and improvement work has started on the new K-Mart Napier and is expected to last until the end of Septembre. K-Mart management is taken full advantage of this time to carefully plan the construction and communicate with all contractors.

For Lattey, who received the construction drawings early, it means that all concrete panels will have been precast well in advance and will be ready to install when the work start at the end of September 2019.

K-Mart Napier (on Ford Road) is a very large project: 111 concrete panels for a total panel surface of 2394 square metre. The building itself will be 80 x 85m long.
