This was another successful partnership with Stead Construction and Wallace Development to deliver the new Bayleys Real Estate office on a prominent corner site at the gateway to Havelock North, Hawke's Bay. Bayleys is the largest private full-service property company in New Zealand.

Our precast and crane teams navigated tight access and high traffic volumes to complete another successful build, showcasing our ability to deliver under pressure.
