Scotty Watson
Scott Watson joined Lattey in September 2020 to look after our Health, Safety and Compliance. This is a key role for Lattey, where the health and safety of our staff are at the centre of our practices, in an industry where compliance is central to any activity.

Before joining Lattey, Scotty had worked in the field of health, safety and compliance since 2009 and had brought that experience to a range of industry sectors including the military, emergency services, local government as well as the civil and construction industries. He holds a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and is accredited on the national HASANZ register as a registered HS practitioner.
Scotty has extensive HS and compliance experience in hazard and risk management, legislation compliance, emergency response, H&S management systems, quality control, environmental management, worker engagement and wellness.
