Help With the Heavy Lifting
Lattey has provided hire cranes to Transfield for power pole installation, lifting and transport of locomotives for Kiwirail and placement of breakwater akmons for Napier Port.
We are able to provide safe, cost-effective solutions for a range of projects and design and certify lifts to any standard.
Our equipment is used for local council arboreal work and other difficult access projects, such as the crane and man cage used for maintenance work on Napier’s St John’s Cathedral. We can coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts for challenging projects such as the placement of large, pre-fabricated roof structures. View capability and specifications here.
We also have a range of contracting plant available, including a heavy transporter, a 20-metre, telescopic, truck-mounted elevated work platform (EWP), driving rigs, hammers, augers and vibrators for hire on a short or long-term basis.
All equipment is supplied with experienced operators. We have a specialist precast panel bracing and flooring propping division which offers design, supply and erection services.
The latest and largest edition to our excavator fleet. Our new EC480DL will enable the Civil Team to drive larger piles with the increased power and efficiency. Weighing it at 50 ton and with a reach of 13 metres this new machine adds a new dimension to the fleet.
